Everybody loves bowling. Regardless if they can barely get the ball to roll down the alley. It is the one leisure activity that can be enjoyed even if one has no experience or lacks any kind of proper form. All people can expect a thrill with every roll of the ball, hoping for a strike. Even if it is an anemic roll down the alley. Sometimes those are the best rolls to watch, waiting to see the pins wobble and holding one’s breath to see which go down.
Bowling is not very taxing so people of all physical conditions can play. Bowling is simply one of those activities that one can ask everyone to join in on. The environment adds to the pleasure of rolling balls down the alley, hearing other people doing the same, listening to the pins storm, and watching the reactions of people playing. No special equipment is needed as that can be had onsite. No special knowledge is needed either, as scoring is automatic these days. Just show up and roll.
Finding a Royal Park London bowling alley is quite easy. Just a bit from the Park Royal Station is the Megabowl bowling alley, that also features a McDonalds. This could make a full evening of fun and food in one location. It would also be a great place for friends to meet-up and enjoy some leisure time together. Just a tube ride to get the gang together. Should one’s group desire more time together, there is plenty more to do in the area.

Park Royal is an area in Northwest London with parts in the Brent borough and parts in the Ealing borough. The rather unusual name comes from show grounds that were opened there in 1903 by the Royal Agricultural Society for their show each year. However, the society sold the land off again in 1906 and Park Royal was then transformed into a vast industrial centre due to its extensive rail, road and canal links with other areas. This process happened especially during the 1930s. For those interested in breweries, the Guinness Brewery that operated in Park Royal was one of the largest and most productive breweries in the world in its peak years. There is also the Park Royal ground here which is used for football and serves as the home for the Queens Park Rangers football club. Unfortunately, due to the presence of large numbers of disused industrial buildings, the Park Royal area has become renowned for illegal squat parties where random people have parties in old buildings without having the necessary permissions to use them for such activities from the owner.
The Mayor of London’s office has since published a report classifying the area as an ‘Opportunity Area’ meaning that it will see greater levels of high quality investment into the area creating many new jobs and hopefully establishing its own specialised markets in the region. Park Royal also has a tube station (Park Royal Tube Station) which is a very old station servicing many other parts of the tube network.

Sometimes things do go wrong on a break or holiday and medical attention can be needed, whether for a serious problem or not. Luckily, the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK has excellent capabilities for dealing with massive trauma incidents right down to a tickly cough (don’t get me wrong though, tickly coughs are annoying and therefore you will want them to get sorted as soon as possible!). Of course, these services are provided for free to all nationals of the United Kingdom, but if you are visiting from abroad you will have to check what the regulations are in your country of origin.
If things do happen to go wrong on your visit to Park Royal or Liverpool, then Park Royal Hospital is an excellent place to end up as, with it being quite a rich area, there is a lot of pressure for good funding for the hospital here. Therefore, it can recruit excellent staff and it has some of the best medical facilities in the country. If you need to visit someone here there are excellent bus and tube links to the hospital, with at least half a dozen buses stopping directly outside the main entrance of the hospital. Of course, disabled parking is provided very close to the entrance for those who need it and the hospital is very easily accessible by car. When parking however, do note the pay and display charges apply for all visitors to the car park, apart from those displaying a blue disabled badge.

The Park Royal Hotel is a luxury hotel in an excellent area; the location of Cheshire has been one of the most desirable holiday destinations in the UK in recent years. Firstly, it is very close to Liverpool (Europe’s recent Capital of Culture) so it is a nice base to visit the city from – the Park Royal Hotel is probably the best hotel around Liverpool to use as such a base.
The hotel itself was built in 1831 by Richard Greenall as the vicarage to the nearby St. Mathew’s Church, which gives it a quaint, countryside feel to it – indeed the windows in the bedrooms are still the original portholes and there is a tall spiral staircase leading up to the Tower Suit. There are leisure and spa facilities including a gorgeous swimming pool the size of which rivals that of any council baths! Bedrooms are plentiful also with 146 spacious rooms – okay, so it’s not the same size of the 700-bedroomed Premier Inns that seem to be popping up all over the place, but it is big enough to function as a good hotel without losing its quant nature. Should you wish to visit for conferencing purposes, there are 15 conference and meeting rooms to accommodate 400 people – WiFi access is free in all public areas and can be arranged in meeting rooms. Rather generously, the Park Royal Hotel also gives you free WiFi in your bedroom for up to 2 hours – a deal that is vary rare in any other hotel in the country!

Ten pin bowling has been a family favourite for many years and is a great fun activity for all ages. All bowling allies in Britain have fully computerised lanes, bumpers and ramps for the younger children so everyone can play. At all our the centres there is free shoe hire on offer with all sizes being available; no need to spend a fortune buying your own pair just for the few times you’ll go bowling. All sites have a wide selection of bowling balls to ensure all players can select the correct ball. Bowling balls range from 6 to 16 pounds and with different finger hole sizes so that players can select the perfect bowling ball.
At Park Royal bowling you can have an exceptionally fun time. To find the ally it is fairly straightforward. The bowling alley is in a Leisure Park just off the A40 at Park Royal. It is on the Westbound side between Hangar Lane (A406) and Gypsy Corner (A4000). If you are approaching from the West look out for the slip road on the left for turning right across the A40. There is a Shell petrol station on the corner – drive onto the Leisure Park and you will find the car park there. The bowling alley is the bluish building on the right past the cinema. Because it is so accessible it is often very busy so if you are looking to spend some time playing a few games it is advisable to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

When you are looking for a hotel to stay in, it is always good to find out a little bit about the place. It is all very well and good reading their website but, at the end of the day, they aren’t going to say anything negative because they want you to stay there! It is therefore advisable to read a customer review in order to get a feeling as to what people thought about it. As you can see, the following review is incredibly complimentary and would certainly recommend the hotel for a few nights. So have a read and see if this hotel sounds like the sort of thing you are after.
“We went for 2 nights’ standard dinner bed and breakfast. We had read the reviews prior to going and were looking forward to it. When we got there my sister had upgraded us to Junior Suite. It was amazing the reviews were spot on!! The hotel staff are very pleasant and hard workers. My friend booked us in at reception and also worked in the restaurant at night – he was so pleasant -thank you, you made our stay one of the best experiences we have had a in a long time. The food was 1st class. Also recommend a neck, shoulder and back massage 20mins, best time I have spent, we will be coming down to stay with you again, I have already recommended your hotel to a number of friends and I am just home about 5hours.”

When you get home from work the first thing that you want to do is relax – you get home very tired after a long day of working your socks off and you want to sit down in front of the TV, put your feet up and wait for the next day to come around when you will, hopefully, be refreshed and ready for work again. The problem arises when you have kids. Of course they are a treasure and everyone loves them but there are times when they really get on your nerves and, quite frankly, are the last things you want to have to put up with. This means that your idyllic evening of putting your feet up is likely to be interrupted frequently with arguments, requests and general noise that emanates from the kids. You end up stressed and not at all ready for the next day of work; something that undoubtedly affects your performance the next day.
A trip to the cinema is always a fantastic way to let off some steam. You can let your emotions go on a rollercoaster and by the time you get out you feel incredibly relaxed and contented. You can stop the kids from making a constant noise and have some fun yourself. As a worst case scenario, if you don’t like the film that you are watching, you will be able to sleep in the darkened room – no one will judge you and you will be able to relax in the best possible way!

Everyone loves to have a clean car. It seems to be a predilection for many British men that, no matter where you are, you must have a car that would be fit to eat a three course meal off. It is as if we feel that the cleanliness of our car reflects upon ourselves and there is no way that we are going to let people who we have never met judge us on the sole basis of whether you can see your reflection in the door. It would, therefore, be a disaster if you were to have a dirty car during your stay at the Park Royal hotel – a hotel where there are hundreds of people who are all going to look at you as you leave your car and make a judgement on you as a person.
It is fortunate, therefore, that you are able to wash your car at the Park Royal car wash. The prices are very reasonable and you will therefore not be out of pocket if you do decide to use it. You also won’t have to take a lot of time out of whatever busy schedule you may have as the wash takes a little over 5 minutes which means that you can be in and out without any time cut out of your sightseeing. Whilst you may decide that you don’t want to wash your car, there really is no reason why you would take that line of thinking – when a clean car is offered you may as well take it!

When you stay over in London it is unlikely that you won’t find a place to sleep. With a wide variety of hotels ranging from cheaper rooms at a travel lodge to palatial suites at five star hotels. In fact, location isn’t usually an issue either as there are hundreds of hotels within London all within an easy commutable distance to all of London’s famous attractions. There are a lot of hotels situated in Park Royal; a district in the north west of London with reasonable prices for rooms and easily accessible from many of the airports. The main issue is that to get into the centre of London, you have to navigate a convoluted public transport system that isn’t exactly world renowned for its excellent time keeping abilities.
Therefore, you have a decision to make; do you decide to chance the transport system or do you take the much easier option of hiring a car for the duration of your stay. Whilst it may cost a bit more to hire a car the cost isn’t exactly extortionate and is, in fact, relatively cheap. But even the cost shouldn’t put you off, particularly when you realise what you’re paying for. The extra peace of mind that you feel really is priceless; the fact that you don’t have to restrict yourself to transport timetables or routes – you can go wherever you want, whenever you want. This is something that will enhance your London experience and make it much more enjoyable and relaxing.

If you are staying in the Park Royal area of London then you will be advised to make sure that you hire a car for your stay there. There is lots to do in the Park Royal area but you will want to go further afield and explore everything that London and possibly other parts of the UK have to offer. This means that you will need transport. The UK transport system is not that good and can be expensive as well as unreliable and will not be able to take you to certain destinations. If you hire a car then you will not only get around all of these problems, but you will also be able to do whatever you like whenever you like without being restricted by routes or timetables.
If you are the type of person that likes to feel free, doesn’t like rushing about to get to places on time and likes to carry a lot of things with you, then having a hire car will be ideal for you. It gives you freedom and space and helps you to avoid being around crowds of people and is easier for carrying shopping home. It is especially useful when it rains, because you do not have to wait around in the wet for a bus or whatever and lets face it, it always rains in London! Think it through before you plan your trip as you may regret not hiring a car if you do not do it.
